In an increasingly digital world, your logo is the visual cornerstone of your brand. But to us, the logo is far from the first step in the branding process. There are plenty of folks out there who can make something look good, but looking good is not enough. We take special care to build you something that is strategically sound (while still looking good, of course) to ensure your brand continues to resonate with your audience even after trends change. We strive for timeless appeal. And we get there by taking the time to get to know you and your business, before anyone talks about colors or fonts. First, we help you define your brand, then we help you build it. Estimates for core brand system and complementary elements are outlined in this section.

How long does it take?

While every project has unique deliverables and timelines, logo and identity projects take about eight weeks from initiation of the project to delivery/launch.

Is there a waiting list?

We work in a queue system so we can dedicate the consistent energy necessary to complete your project in the best way possible. Our shop is deliberately nimble, so we only take on a select number of projects at once. This allows us to keep our foot to the pedal during the creative process, reducing redundancy and ensuring focused, personal service. Don’t worry, we will give you plenty to think about if you have to wait a few weeks.

Do you print business cards or other marketing materials?

We do not do any printing. But we know all the best folks that do. We’re happy to connect you with printers we know and trust should you need our help.

How will my logo and assets be delivered?

Logo files are delivered in all appropriate file formats in various layouts, orientations, and color combinations. EPS, PNG, and JPG are givens. While any file format can be created from an EPS, should you need another file format, just let us know and we’ll get you taken care of.

All websites are just as unique as the brands they’re showcasing. We apply the same thought and care to our websites as we do our branding projects. Each website also starts with a creative brief. We then move through the process of inspiration review, sitemap and wireframes, homepage design, design discussion, and comprehensive site design. Your website is built completely custom so it’s easy for you to add, edit, delete, build, etc. as time (and your brand) evolves. While specific pages, layouts, and functionality will vary based on your brand, industry, and content, all websites include:

Will I be able to edit and revise on my own?

Yes! The great part about building a fully custom website means we can tailor the sections exactly to how you’ll need them. Each site has a module builder that allows new pages to be added freely and standing pages to be edited as needed without disrupting the brand experience.

Do you write the language or take the photos?

We’ll always use relevant and aspirational images and copy in our designs and builds, but you’re ultimately responsible for sourcing final copy and photographs. If you need some help with those things let us know and we can consult or plug you in with a partner of ours!
